  • Standard International Air Parcel: 3–5 business days (fully tracked).
  • Express Courier: 2–3 business days (rates calculated at checkout).

3. Shipping Methods

  • Standard International Air Parcel – affordable tracked delivery.

4. Shipping Fees

  • FREE Standard shipping on orders over US $30.
  • Express courier fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you purchase an item before it officially arrives in our warehouse. Your payment secures your stock in advance. As soon as the product reaches us, we prepare and ship it to you.

Your card is charged immediately to reserve inventory. This guarantees we order enough units from the factory and speeds up fulfillment once stock lands.

6. Cancellations & Changes

  • You may cancel or modify your pre-order any time before the item ships for a full refund.
  • After dispatch, our normal return policy applies (7-day cooling-off period; item must be unopened).

7. Delays & Updates
Manufacturing and international freight can occasionally slip. We email status updates if an ETA changes by more than 7 days. You can also track progress anytime in My Account › Orders.
